OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Catherine is an organised and creative Operations Coordinator, supporting both the Admin and Marketing teams at Social Impact Hub. She manages day-to-day operations including document creation for PIN members and clients, invoicing, surveys, and the development of social media and marketing content.

With a background in digital marketing, chatbot development, and community engagement, Catherine brings a versatile skill set and a proactive approach to every task. Her previous roles span across marketing, HR, and virtual assistance, giving her a strong foundation in client coordination and project support.

Catherine enjoys learning about the impact sector and how purpose-driven organisations operate. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded partners and support their growth through meaningful, behind-the-scenes work.

Outside of work, Catherine finds joy in crocheting beanies for elderly individuals and babies with disabilities — a passion project that reflects her quiet commitment to care and community.
