Sarah Gregory
DIRECTOR, PEOPLE
Sarah Gregory has over 20 years’ experience across the corporate, consulting, and not-for-profit sectors, with senior leadership roles in people and culture, advisory services, strategy, and organisational development. She is currently Director, People at Social Impact Hub, overseeing the people team, talent management, resourcing, learning and development and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture. She is responsible for recruiting and managing the Hub’s Professional Impact Network of more than 110 consultants.
Previously, Sarah served as Head of Advisory and People, leading advisory project delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing budgets and quality assurance. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in international development and advocacy, including with an international aid agency, the Make Poverty History Campaign, and the OECD in Paris.
Sarah is a Member of the Australian HR Institute and holds an MBA (Social Impact) with excellence from UNSW’s AGSM, a Master of Social Science (International Development) with distinction from RMIT, and a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from Charles Sturt University.
