Dagmar Heerts

Program Manager

Dagmar is a Program Manager at Social Impact Hub, where she leads the Social Impact Fellowship. Through the fellowship, she supports changemakers by facilitating education, mentorship, and connections.

Before joining the Hub, Dagmar managed the membership program for Dutch social enterprises at Social Enterprise NL. There, she championed mission-driven organisations and built collaborations across the sector. She also brings hands-on experience in process management at social enterprises, along with international research exploring how they can accelerate sustainable transitions. These experiences have shaped her interest in social innovation and practical, systems-level change.

Now based in Sydney, she is excited to be part of Australia’s growing impact movement. Outside of work, she finds joy in hiking and camping, discovering new (social enterprise) restaurants, reading, and outdoor sports.
