Unleashing Changemakers: Meet the Next Cohort of our Social Impact Fellowship & Introducing Learning Streams

Social Impact Hub is thrilled to launch the fifth cohort of the Social Impact Fellowship, welcoming over 65 ambitious Fellows into our network of purpose-driven individuals growing and scaling their impact.

Announcing the fifth cohort of the Social Impact Fellowship! We are excited to be supporting our newest cohort of Fellows through the next three months of experiential impact-focused learning and development.

As part of our commitment to the for-purpose ecosystem, the Fellowship has been developed to support a broad range of changemakers from diverse personal and professional backgrounds engage in impact, and realise their impact goals. Whether these individuals are looking to upskill to embed or further drive impact within their current role and organisation or considering a career pivot, Fellows come away with the network, knowledge and practical toolkit needed to pursue their purpose.

Alongside the core impact-focused content and networking across the cohort, Fellows have the opportunity to choose a learning stream that best aligns to their background and goals; accessing curated knowledge, experiences, mentorship, and connections that align with their chosen pathway to ensure they get the most value out of the program possible.  For Fellows seeking an impact-driven career, the Impact Exploration stream will provide the skills, knowledge, and network needed. For Fellows in a corporate or government role who want to embed impact, Corporate Innovation is the pathway. For Fellows already working in the impact space and wanting to deepen their impact, Impact Innovation will support this goal. Impact Investing is for Fellows interested in how investment capital is leveraged for impact, and Social Entrepreneurship is for Fellows running or interested in running their own social enterprise. You can learn more about the streams here.

In a first for the Fellowship, we partnered with the Australian Scholarships Foundation (ASF) to offer five scholarship positions to not-for-profit leaders. One of the successful applicants, Rani Kumar, Deputy CEO of the National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect said:

“I’m grateful for the Social Impact Fellowship Scholarship and hope to gain knowledge and skills to improve impact measurement within my organisation, and the broader child welfare sector. I’d like to better understand methods and tools for embedding impact thinking into systems to address social issues”.

We are so thankful to have the opportunity to collaborate with ASF, and reduce the barriers of entry for leaders, supporting the sector for maximum impact.

We're excited to see how this new cohort will develop along their journey of self-discovery and learning designed to build their capacity to drive positive social change and create lasting impact.

If you're looking to grow and scale your impact, applications for the March 2024 cohort are now open. To learn more and apply visit https://www.socialimpacthub.org/initiative/social-impact-fellowship
